Being on the Moon is both solitude and conquest. Loredana is not on the Moon: she is the Moon. From above, she watches the funfair of female existence, where roller coasters spin in circles, just like imposed roles. Childhood is also on stage, already made up to be pleasing. This piece portrays the gender gap not as an abstract concept, but as a rigged game, where rebellion is seen as madness and those who rise higher are simply “on the Moon.” Or maybe… outside the funfair.
